RSS Technical Institute is a non-profit government-approved human and social service institution related to the development of manpower skills. This institution organizes government-approved training courses. This institution is also experienced in organizing special training courses in view of special needs. This institute has a government-approved examination center. After the training, the examination will be conducted by a government representative at the institute’s campus. Successful trainees will be awarded a certificate by the government. The main philosophy is to conduct training courses on the basis of “no profit, no loss”. The institute is currently being run with the funds of the “Majid Monowara Foundation”. If the scale of the establishment increases, it will not be possible to run it only with the funds of the Majid Monowara Foundation. In that case, in the future, it will also be necessary to receive training fees, CSR, donations from the government, NGOs, domestic/foreign donor organizations, business organizations and philanthropists.
Brief idea about the campus
RSS Technical Institute is located in Pagar area of BSCIC Industrial City, Tongi. The campus is located in its own six (6) storey building in a peaceful and pleasant environment on the banks of Turag River, adjacent to a vast rural open field and Tongi Sub-city. The total area of the building is about 9,000 sq ft.

You can reach this campus directly by auto rickshaw from Tongi Station Road or the rail gate near Tongi Railway Station for only 20/30 taka.

- Online certificates can be obtained in a range of specialized areas.
- Online diplomas are awarded for one to two years of study with LMS.
- Online associate degrees usually take approximately two years then.
- Online preparatory year programs are an opportunity for students.
- Online Summer courses are a great way to gain qualifications.
In order to implement the vision/reflection, the RSS Technical Institute will establish sub-centers at each district and upazila level and train and improve the skills of unskilled and semi-skilled manpower in each area, regardless of religion, caste and tribe, in order to achieve the following goals:
(a) Sub-centers of the institute will be established in each district and upazila.
(b) Necessary manpower will be recruited in each sub-center.
(c) Training courses will be organized in the sub-center through the course coordinator.
(d) Assistance will be provided in the work of eliminating unemployment through employment through skill development.
(e) Employment opportunities will be created in various institutions of the country for skilled manpower.
(f) Assistance will be provided to increase family income and remittance of the country by exporting skilled manpower to various institutions abroad.
(g) Appropriate training courses will be conducted in joint ventures in the country and abroad, where applicable.
